Pink Dolphin In Sweet Water

We have a pinky dolphine in our country(Bangladesh). But amazon’s pink dolphine is more famous. Amazon is the famous river of Latin America. The ancestors of our pinky dolphines are found there. They are called in different names there.

There are 5 species of sweet warter dolphines in the world. Pinl dolphine is one of them. They are bigger than their fellow species. They are completely different from the sea dolphines. A mature dolphine can be 6-8 feet tall and 200-350 in weight.

They have an acute sense of hearing and their eyesight also very powerful. And also they are more in numbers than the other sweet water dolphines. Though they are called pinky dolphine, they can also be gray or light browny. They are more intellectual than their other fellow mates. For a special vetabrae in shoulder they can easily bend over 180 degree.

Small fishes, catfish, crab, small turtles,piranha are some of their favorite foods. They weigh as a mature human. On average their weight reamins 200 Ibs, it means about 80 Kgs. But after birth a baby dolphine weighs 1 Kg and 30 inches tall.

How To Increase Your Performance At Work. It;s Very Easy.

Not only sustain itself in this era of competition, need to move forward. But everything is not possible if you want. Although there is a lot of pressure or works  but the rest of the important work remains. However, if you have a good planned you will be one of the greats.

If you are an organization responsible position. The first task, you create two separate lists. The first list will be the most important work, which should be soon. The second place in the less important tasks , you can do that's slowly.  Tasks of the first list must be given more prominence and the tasks of second list should be followed normally. But if you have to do light  works any day, you can pick up one or two jobs from the second list. 

You can follow 3 steps to improve your job performance :

The First Step: Make a mental plan to fnish tasks on hand and make it an internal priority so that each task is remembered distinctly. As soon as first task is over, the next task can be immediately started without wasting further time. This would improve the output performance. Work to deadlines. If you set a deadline for a task to be done, it helps you work more efficiently, Research has shown that working to deadlines helps you focus better on the task at hand.

The Second Step: Focus that the performance needs to be bettered in Q and Q terms, i.e., quantitatively and qualitatively. Hence, there are two goals: Give more performance quantity wise. This can be achieved by mentally programming oneself to deliver more. In this, be ready to contribute till the end of the job hours, such as staying more time and unless the task in hand is over, do not leave the office as it will take more time definitely if not finished as to have the same flow energy on next occasion will be very difficult.

The Third Step: This step is very important. Think more deeply to improve the quality of output given by you and incorporate small small changes in the task by shedding laziness, keeping perseverance, stretching of performance.
